The twenty third week check in.

  • What went well this week?

    • Working on the app went really well this week. Going to CrossFit also worked out well this week. Even on the days that I didn't go I was okay, but I think that being sick with the seasonal allergies also had something to do with me being okay with that. I had a really sweet moment, when Michelle told me that she came to the 9am gym class just because she knew that I would be there. That really amped me up to keep working on my personal training stuff. I told Ashley and Sam that I would not be back at F45 and I am proud for going ahead and doing that. I told Gabbi and Donna that I would like to stay at CrossFit. I had a great brand presentation meeting with Becky, that went well.

  •  What didn’t go well this week?

    • My seasonal allergies got so bad that I had to go see an allergist. She was kind of helpful. I really struggled with it. I have done better these past two days. That really did not go well. Also, focusing on the app had me not studying for NASM a bit.

  • What are you grateful for?

    • I am grateful that my family is supporting me going to New York, Troy and NYC, on Tuesday. I am grateful for Kristen and Noam. I am grateful to feel back locked in to CrossFit. I am really grateful for my mom.

  • What are your focus projects?

    • I did really re-slot the app to the top of the priority list, I did so much code work this week. With that, I did let the NASM studying drop... it seems like I really can't have the best of both worlds. Now the projects will change slightly going into this week as I travel. I am also ready to get the focus project of taxes behind me with that appointment being on Thursday of this week.
