Say yes to random, book new client, more coding.

Today has been a pretty good day overall. Chiropractor in the morning. Pulmonology appointment for Maw. Eggs Up Grill for brunch. Home for some chores and me to do some computer work. Then I had to leave about 1pm to go out to Turbeville because I told aunt Amy that I'd "act like an investor" at her trailer park - random. It was actually a lot of fun and it reminded me why I say yes to a lot of stuff. It was a fun experience to see that kind of stuff. Then I went to the gym and had a pretty good workout. It was cardio heavy and I wasn't feeling the cardio endurance. Gabbi did give me the suggestion to breathe through my nose and not my mouth and that would help build some cardio endurance. I went to Maw's after the gym to meet her and mom for the weekly family dinner at Mariachis. Dad didn't go. That was all enjoyable. I stopped at Walmart on the way home for sweet treats. Since being home I've showered, caught up with mom, and been coding. Here is the coding progress that I am really excited about.

One of the other things that I am celebrating today is that doctor Tony agreed to the four week brand planning sessions with me! That is a big win! I was nervous about that, and am still trying to figure that part out, but we secured it! I am looking forward to talking to Johanna tomorrow for our one hour session to talk about me coaching. I have some logistical questions that I need to ask about coaching. Really, I want help on the big question of what type of coaching should I offer, who do I serve, what problem do I solve.

I am also proud of myself for being three TikToks back into the visual content creation game. They still feel lame and I don't enjoy making them, but I am glad that I am creating. Also, Ivan sent me a Twitter screenshot of a simple UI dashboard that I really loved and that inspired me to get on Twitter. Since it didn't work for me to transform a blog post into a TikTok script, I figured I'd turn it into a Twitter post. So I had ChatGPT help, but it didn't do the best, so I just ended up writing it myself which was good. I'd like to continue to think writing on Twitter more and how that might play out.

Overall a good day. Maw noticed my new "T" gold necklace pendant. She said that it stood for "thankful," and I laughed that is true. By the end of the day it had turned into "thankful, terrific, and thoughtful." That reminded me of the line from The Help, "You is kind. You is smart. You is important."
